With integrated process monitoring on the latest automatic machinery and machines we are both able to crosscut, to dismantle and to coil cables and to crimp most diverse contacts. During the process of crosscutting, it is possible to realize a double-sided marking of cables by using a thermal transfer printing technology. Due to the most recent grouting technology, connectors, contacts and cables are overmoulded on customized requirements by high and low pressure process with specific plastics, e. g. hotmelt or thermoplastic. Before the overmoulding process, there are particular cables which needs a pre-treatment of keying. Certainly, our machinery enables us to convert keying, too.
