AK AUTO ELECTRIC SYSTEMS INDIA PVT LTD is a private limited company, organized and existing under the laws of India, and registered under the Indian Companies Act 1956 (No. 1 of 1956) with its Registered office at W-110, S Block MIDC Bhosari, Pune – 411026, Maharashtra, INDIA. The said company got incorporated on 29th January 2014 (Twenty Ninth day of January Two Thousand Fourteen) with Corporate Identity Number: U74999PN2014FTC150378.

Objective of setting up Ak Auto Electric Systems India Pvt. Ltd.

We want to make our products globally competitive while maintaining a good quality at the same time. To provide communication easiness for all our Indian customers. To set up manufacturing facility for added advantage of Asian market and cheap labor at the same time adapting with cutting edge technology.

At present company is engaged in Manufacture of Fuse Boxes – Maxi & Midi – (Fuse Box is Intermediate between Power Source & End Application) Cabeling In & Out is done by Customer. In future Company is planning to Manufacture components and systems range from receptacles, ABS, coils, cable junction boxes, GGVS/ADR, modular cabling system for trailers, push-buttons, diode boxes, wire connectors and plastic parts as well as customized parts made to customer.

Continuous optimization of production procedures (CIP… continuous improvement process) to the increase of price/product quality ratios, requires special conditions for such a partner based cooperation. This ensures the competitiveness of our production performance

Our Journey

The electrical engineer and a car fanatic Wilhelm Grimm, born in 1876, was the first man driving the original Daimler motorized vehicle in Kirchheim-Tech and most certainly laid the foundation stone for the ensuring development of the firm, Apparatebau in 1903 he established his own electrical business and in 1918 he founded the firm "Apparatebau" a business that manufactured electrical parts for commercial vehicles. Among our first customers were Daimler Unterturkheim, Benz Gaggenau, NSU, Maybach and Horch. The most reputable manufacturers of heavy goods vehicles, trailers, coaches and agricultural machinery remain, to this day, valued customers of Apparatebau Kirchheim-Tech.

Part of the secret of our continuing success is that all our products, especially our standardised products, have been produced through intensive collaboration with our customers. This continues to be our trademark today. As a matter of course, all our products are tested and inspected to the highest standards within the company, including any extra tests and specifications required by the customer. Some of our product groups undergo tests that conform to the DIN ISO performance standards and are certificated by TÜV Südwest.

All our employees are provided with the opportunity for further training. Our products are low maintenance, system-compatible and replacement parts are readily available – all at reasonable prices. Our components and systems range from receptacles, ABS, coils, cable junction boxes, GGVS/ADR, modular cabling system for trailers, fuse housings, push-buttons, diode boxes, wire connectors and plastic parts as well as customised parts made to customer specifications.
